As the lead Creative Writing Strategist for the North American Unscripted and Indian content verticals, I produced member-facing editorial, promotional, and UX copy for some of the streaming giant's highest-profile titles, wrote for innovation and global testing, and managed up to 10 contractors in the writing and editing processes of 200+ synopsis variants per month.
Crafted editorial assets using “Global English” to remain linguistically neutral across markets without compromising brand voice, user decision-making, and member trust in title recommendations.
Improved member engagement and brand perception of Netflix in India by leveraging content and regional expertise to curate locally-relevant names for title rows and collections appearing on the service.
